Pregnancy

It would be nearly impossible to capture in writing the experience of being pregnant. But if I was to try and sum it up, I would say that pregnancy is A LOT. That can include a lot of joy, a lot of fear, a lot of hormonal changes, a lot of fatigue, a lot of feeling uncomfortable, a lot of dreams, a lot of past traumas being re-awakened, and the list goes on. My commitment to you is that we can navigate together any and all experiences you are having around pregnancy. This also includes helping you to feel prepared for the fourth trimester when your child is born.

Postpartum

When I think about postpartum, I think about massive adjustment. These adjustments include substantial changes to your body, hormones, day-to-day experience, and what you spend time thinking about and feeling. Adjustments, even for the most joyous of occasions, are challenging and usually require added support. I work with mothers dealing with a range of postpartum issues including anxiety, depression, changing identity, relationship challenges, return to work concerns, and many more. I believe that with the right help, adjustments can be effectively navigated and you can experientially feel the incredible strength you possess as a mother.
